1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

4. COMPLIANCE WITH THE CREDIT REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS ACT (CROA)
In accordance with federal law (15 U.S.C. ยง 1679):
- No Upfront Fees: We do not charge or receive any money until the service has been fully performed.
- Written Contract: You will be provided with a written contract detailing the services to be performed and the estimated time for completion.
- Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without any penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date the contract is signed.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information regarding your identity and financial history.
- Maintain a dedicated credit monitoring service throughout the duration of the program.
- Forward all correspondence received from credit bureaus or creditors to the Company within five (5) business days.
- Refrain from applying for new credit lines or making large purchases that could negatively impact your credit during the repair process.
6. FEES AND PAYMENT
- Service Fees: Fees are billed in arrears, meaning you only pay after work has been performed.
- Payment Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize the Company to charge the agreed-upon fees to your credit card or bank account.
- Late Payments: Failure to pay for services rendered may result in a temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.
7. NO GUARANTEES
You acknowledge that credit repair is a process involving third parties (bureaus and creditors). Therefore:
- We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be removed from your credit report.
- We cannot guarantee a specific FICO score or credit rating outcome.
- Individual results vary based on the complexity of the credit history.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content therein (software, website design, audio, video, text, and graphics) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We reserve the right to terminate your service at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to provide necessary documentation or failure to pay for services rendered. You may also terminate your service as specified in your individual Service Agreement.
